My best friend and I visited Paris for a girls trip and stayed 3 nights at this hotel during April. It was a very good experience, a beautiful clean room, solid service (room cleaning every morning, iron available to borrow, free coffee, tea). There is a 24/7 reception. Check In and Check Out were smooth with most employees being friendly. The environment is generally safe and lively, booking prices are low compared to rest of the hotels in Paris for what you get. We booked a double bedroom for 2 people and it was a lot of space including a large bed, 2 closets, small desk and balcony. Attractions are reachable by taxi or train station. The windows are pretty isolated, so you don’t hear much of the noise from outside. 👍🏼
Very convenient location, close to metro and train stations. Lots of bakeries, supermarkets and local restaurants/bars nearby for any taste. Big and modern park is nearby. Room is modern, well thought and very very clean. Only observation is that bed matress could be improved. Overall, highly recommended!
I reserved this 4 star hotel for my vacation with my partner and my aunt. First we get there and attention was great but we were informed the AC was not working at all, they offered a fan and free breakfast (usually $20 per person per day) so we took it, we had to keep windows open and the train sound and the birds getting in and making sounds did not let us sleep. Main Elevator was broken, our room was on the 5th floor, we used the stairs for 2 days until we discovered another elevator because no one told us. Then on the 2nd day the Wifi stopped working, we had to use our computers to work and we couldn’t, but the guy on the reception was kind enough to bring us a portable wifi to our room (slow but appreciated) then i went to shower and shampoo and conditioner was empty, i had to go down and ask for a bottle of each. Not the best experience, if it wasn’t for the kind service we would have left as soon as we got there. I don’t think free breakfast makes up for all the trouble.
