Best Western Plus Palatin Kongresshotel

Spacious room, comfortable bed compare to other hotels, I slept well. The included buffet breakfast has a lot of choices and it was yummy. Also the staff was friendly. We had a ticket that included a spa therm day so it was worth it. The parking is very pricey though. Also I got woken up by the sounds of other people walking, going in bathroom etc... I don't often stay in hotel so maybe that's normal. Overall I recommend this place if it fits what you look for :)

Very nice hotel and conference center. Boarding house rooms were large, clean, comfortable and have air conditioners. Hotel food is of good quality and taste. Meeting venue was well kept and the sound and video systems worked well.

Booked this last minute on a Friday at a discount during a long commute. 4 star room without AC. Nice bedding. Quiet. Clean and modern bathroom. Thankfully with floor standing fan in the room as it was mid summer. Restaurant was closed that day which was a bit annoying. Drink and snack selection was very nice and mid priced, with a good local bottled beer (like a full bodied Heineken - delightful!) Breakfast was above average but still typically German (blue boiled eggs, buffet over warmed/dry, some things being out despite 30 minutes left on service - eg: no bacon, and plenty of salmon, but the accompanying horse radish was empty!). The ripe and ready to eat peach did save the experience. Breakfast could be great if attention was paid to the small details. I would stay here again September through June, but skip breakfast.
