Best Western Plus Panama Zen Hotel

I was a bit concerned about the location, but it was great. Very local vibe. Great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Easy walking distance to a lot of panama, and when feet are tired, grab a cab or Uber. The hotel was very clean. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, with a huge shower. The bed looked uncomfortable at first glance, but was totally deceiving. Slept like a dream. Overall, we were highly satisfied with our experience.

Fantastic! Very convenient location to the metro. Very clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious and varied. No complaints, would book again! The only negative was that the first night the A/C did not work. Seemed to be a hotel-wide issue as it was not only our room, but several others as well. It was very hard to sleep with 27+ degrees and no way to open a window.. Luckily it worked fine the remaining nights of our stay.

Lovely friendly staff upon check in and with bar service. Beds were very comfortable. Had two full sized beds for two friends. Nice. Black out curtains worked well. As did AC and Wi-Fi. Many restaurants and shops on the streets close by. Uber pick up was very fast. Breakfast buffet was ample with lots of fresh fruit and hot items. Luccas Italian restaurant a short block away was GOOD. Booked one night to be ready to go to the PTY airport which was less than 30 minutes away at 10am. Would stay again. Disliked · Had to call for a second pack of non decaf coffee for the coffee maker in room. Staff could not get our rooms together, we were on different floors. Needed a suitcase rack for second person. Furniture in room a bit "tired" but who cares really.
