Best Western Plus Paradise Hotel Dilijan

⸻ We stayed at this hotel for two nights and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is stunning, the service was great, and most things were well taken care of. However, the rooms could really use some renovation. One of the rooms our kids stayed in was very hot, and unfortunately, it didn’t have air conditioning. While the area does get cold at night, proper ventilation is still important. We suggest adding either air conditioning units or at least installing screens on the windows so guests can open them without worrying about insects. With some room updates, this hotel would be truly perfect. We’d still recommend it for the great service and beautiful setting.

I went to this place for dinner. I did not stay in any of the rooms. The variety of food served at the dinner was commendable. The waiters were very efficient and really waited on us. I had cause to us one of the rest rooms. It was sparkling clean. For those who needed WIFI, it was free.

There is no deluxe room on the hotel website, but they gave us a triple room as such and charged us more money. The room service was similar to a four-star hotel, but the restaurant was very different from the previous trip. The fruits were not very good and the sweets were left behind. This hotel, like other hotels, has become a policy of providing less service, while on the previous trip the breakfast was at the level of five-star hotels with international variety, and that is why we came to this hotel again and will not repeat it again. One interesting thing to say about this hotel is that it has CCTV cameras in the pool area, which is not common anywhere else. Because of this, you cannot use the facilities with peace of mind.
