I was on a business trip and received a recommendation for this hotel. The hotel was worth the recommendation. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was also very good. Overall, the price-quality ratio was good, happy to come back again to this hotel also in the future. I had a meeting in the lobby on the morning of my departure and accidentally left my mobile router in the lobby. The staff had found it and went to great lengths to return it to me in Finland. Special thanks to Mrs. Kulms for this!
Hotel is in a good location, with a walkable distance to the center, station and Christmas market. Very stylish and authentic Bavarian ambience. The personnel is very polite and friendly. The rooms were perfectly cleaned. Tasty breakfast with varied and local products. Only downside was the temperature regulation which seemed to work a bit strangely (our room was very warm when we arrived and turning down the thermostat did not seem to change much). We would love to come again. The stay is slightly pricey, but you get good quality for this.
Hotel is in a good location - walkable distance to the center and Christmas market. Our room was spacious and clean. The reception service was good and they were very polite. Only downside was the lacking of parking and no breakfast for the price of 126 euros.
