Best Western Plus Pearl Creek

Originally off to a not so great start with best western and their booking process, however the customer service here was super accommodating. Special shout out to Ali who did everything he could to change our experience; we ended up leaving with a great impression of Best Western Pearl Creek Location.

A Stay to Forget – Best Western Plus: Pearl Creek Hotel If patience is your strong suit and you enjoy standing around in sweltering heat, this is the hotel for you. Despite a 2 PM check-in, not a single room was ready, forcing guests into an uncomfortable waiting game with zero guidance. The concierge? More of an observer than a problem-solver—offering no updates, no clear instructions, and certainly no refreshments to ease the frustration. The staff seemed just as lost, leaving a crowd of confused travellers stranded in limbo with no direction on what to expect or how long they'd be waiting. The lack of coordination turned the simple act of checking in into an exhausting endurance test, and after enough pointless waiting, leaving and returning hours later felt like the only sane option. By the time a room was finally available, the damage had been done—first impressions shattered, and trust in service nearly nonexistent. To their credit, the manager did attempt to make things right by upgrading me to a suite, and the views were undeniably nice. But a scenic window doesn’t erase the memory of an absolutely chaotic arrival. Might have been a one time thing, but would I recommend? Only if you enjoy testing your patience.

I am really disappointed with this hotel. After booking 24 hour in advance, and traveling with 4 young children youngest being 1 year old and 3 teenagers and my sister. I reached the hotel at 1am in the morning, only for them to say that my reservation was canceled. I booked through bookings.com which the hotel reached out to and said my sisters card wasn’t working while I was in my 6 hours flight and cannot see or respond to emails. Funny thing is, it’s the same card we used to book other hotels and everything else. They told us they did not have any rooms available all while 9 of us were in their main room. It is very upsetting to see how they gave our reserved rooms away to other customers because it was busy there. We even asked for 1 room for the night and they said no, nothing is available. So at 1 am in the morning and in the heat me and my nephews had to walk around Deira to find a temporary hotel for the night. Sadly it had to end like that. I hope this hotel gets what it deserves especially those who canceled our reservation knowing I put in for 9 people majority “children”. I will never book for this hotel again and I hope you find better ones as well! Day after we found an amazing hotel, little ways from the gold suuq but 10 x better and more accommodating, it’s the Asiana grand hotel, look into it people, it’s beautiful and amazing, oh and took the same card they canceled for 8 nights.
