Best Western Plus Pinewood Hotel Manchester Airport South Handforth

I stay at this venue multiple times a week, the rooms are always clean with lovely staff! They interact with you have banter and joke, Dean bar manager Taylor, Rick, Charlotte receptionist, they all welcome you with a warm smile! The rooms do not have Air conditioning but you have fans and windows which to be honest is sufficient for one hot week a year! Open the window and open the balcony door if you’re on balcony, I did this and was pleasantly chilled this hotel is fantastic which is why they get my regular custom! If you want AC and all the trimmings for the money you pay you get lovely rooms and I’ve stayed in most rooms!

Bobby a huge shoutout for always helping doesn’t matter how big or small he is always on hand and so polite and respectful to new and familiar faces! He’s always so welcoming and loves getting to know you all individually. Top gentleman Pinewood hotel is a lovely and friendly environment always a good place to stay over and the food is incredible always on point and pipping hot when served. Friendly environment with a beautiful garden and outdoor areas. The venue is always clean and sparkling and the team couldn’t be anymore helpful.

What a lovely hotel. Not my choice but cancelled flight airline sent me here. Less than ten minutes from Airport. Rooms are clean and comfy. Lovely atmosphere. Very welcoming staff. Had a very pleasant unexpected stay here. Didn't eat here but menus look really good.
