From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile – they truly made me feel welcome. The location of the hotel is perfect – just a short walk to the beach and close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Despite being in the heart of Sunny Beach, the hotel is in a quieter area, so I could enjoy a good night’s sleep without noise. My room was modern, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and I appreciated small touches like the stocked minibar and daily cleaning. The balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The pool area is spacious, clean, and ideal for both families and couples. I really liked the pool bar – good cocktails and snacks available throughout the day. There’s also a small casino if you’re looking for entertainment in the evenings. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet – lots of variety, fresh options every day, and something for every taste: fruits, eggs, pastries, local dishes, and good coffee. Overall, I highly recommend Best Western Plus Premium Inn for anyone visiting Sunny Beach. Whether you’re here for fun, relaxation, or a family vacation, this hotel offers great value, comfort, and service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay – Perfect for Families and Relaxation! We had an absolutely wonderful time at Best Western Plus Premium Inn in Sunny Beach! From the moment we arrived, the service was professional, welcoming, and friendly. The front desk staff were always helpful and went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. It’s clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both kids and adults. The water slides were a big hit with the kids, and the poolside lounge chairs made relaxing in the sun so enjoyable. The atmosphere in the pool area felt calm and refreshing, and the pool was lit beautifully in the evening. Our room was spacious, spotless, and modern, with a super comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning—ideal for the warm summer weather. We especially appreciated the large bathroom and powerful shower. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise—plenty of variety, fresh fruit, hot and cold options, and great coffee. The dining area was clean and well-stocked, even during busy times. The hotel is in a perfect location: close to the beach, restaurants, and Flower Street, but still quiet enough to relax at night. Everything was within walking distance. Overall, we felt this hotel offered amazing value for a 4-star stay. Clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, with a great pool and excellent service. We would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sunny Beach!

This is my third visit to this hotel and everytime it's great. Huge rooms, very clean, pleasant staff and good breakfast and dinner. Extra points for the General Manager as he is very skilled in handling difficult guests (I was tired after riding the motorcycle for 800 kms at 40 degrees) and defuses possibly situations that lead to complaints. This is what professional staff looks like. Thank you for having us and for making our stay great. For sure next weekends when will come back to Sunny Beach we'll stay here again.
