Best Western Plus Royal Superga Hotel

Cozy, comfortable, clean. Breakfasts are good, service is helpful and nice. Good place to stay

The Best Western in Cuneo was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had staying in a hotel. The rooms were large, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bathrooms were well-stocked, and very clean. The breakfast selection was expansive, and every food option available was always spectacular. The staff at this hotel were some of the most friendly, cordial, and professional people. The manager in charge of the breakfast station was very sweet, always checking in if I needed anything, and would personally me a Cappuccino upon request. The receptionists were always friendly, and acted swiftly to ensure any of my concerns were addressed. For example, I was having issues finding a hotel for the next part of my journey. The receptionist at that time went out of her way to search hotels near my destination, speak to them herself, give her own opinion on the hotels, and helped me make the reservation. I’m sure she had several other things to do then, but the fact that she was willing to help me out so thoroughly helped me realize what “customer service” is. What could have been a very stressful moment was greatly assuaged by the dedicated and resourcefulness of the staff. In short, I couldn’t recommend a better hotel in Cuneo to stay at.

Fantastic hotel. Super friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing. Incredible value for money - they need to double the cost of the breakfast in my opinion. I would happily pay it. Rooms very clean. Great facilities. Good parking. Can’t recommend highly enough thank you.
