Exceptional hospitality with politeness, helpful staff. The food was excellent. I will definitely visit again in the future. Disclaimer: DON'T ever visit any places based on my experiences. If I like any places and food items, that doesn't mean that you will like it too. So, PLEASE, Keep that in mind.

We went for a couple’s staycation at Best Western Runway, and it was a wonderful experience. I had previously stayed there on the night of my Akth, but at that time, I didn’t get a chance to explore the pool area. This time, however, we spent a lot of time by the pool, and it was absolutely amazing. The pool area is quite spacious, with a relaxed and inviting vibe. There’s also a bar section nearby, which adds to the overall experience—perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quality time. The view from the hotel is impressive, especially from the upper floors, offering a peaceful escape from the city's chaos. The amenities were well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, making our stay comfortable and relaxing. It’s a great option for a couple’s getaway—private, cozy, and enjoyable. The food was also quite good, both in terms of taste and presentation. Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing staycation that I’d definitely recommend for couples looking to spend some quality time together.

I have visited Best Western Plus Runway multiple times for staycations, buffet dinners, swimming, and family gatherings — and every time, the experience has been truly exceptional. The quality of service consistently exceeds expectations. I would like to specially acknowledge Md. Sifat Islam for his unwavering support and highly professional approach, particularly in resolving any issues with great efficiency. Biplob Chondro is incredibly friendly and polite, always going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction. Md. Rashed is also remarkably helpful, supportive, and maintains a high standard of professionalism. Lastly, Jahangir Alom deserves special mention for his excellent conflict resolution skills and courteous demeanor. I sincerely appreciate the dedication and hospitality shown by the entire team. Their professionalism and attention to detail make every visit memorable. Highly recommended!
