Best Western Plus Saint John Hotel & Suites

Excellent Stay — Clean, Comfortable, and Great Service! I recently stayed at Best Western Plus Saint John Hotel & Suites and was thoroughly impressed. The room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, including hot items, pastries, and fresh fruit, which was a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to shopping centers and restaurants, yet it remains quiet and peaceful. I also appreciated the free parking and the well-maintained indoor pool. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Saint John.

I reached out to Pam and James today to book some evenings for my daughter who is moving to Saint John New Brunswick. All I can say is WOW! They both were so so helpful and kind to talk to. Pam listened to my questions and she provided a solution that made me feel like I was going to be looked after properly and professionally. Really nice and comfortable hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff- Pam and James at the front desk are phenomenal. Nice swimming pool and good breakfast. I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in Saint John!!
