Best Western Plus Savoy Lulea

Had a nice experience in this hotel. Lobby/restaurant was nice and modern. Room itself was good but there was no fridge in the room. We stayed during a heat wave and unfortunately the AC didn't work like exepcted. Luckily staff was really pleasant and helpful as they offered to borrow a fan. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Taste and presentation was great. Hotel had it's own parking garage so we got out car parked there for reasonable Price(180 Sek/24h).

One-Night Stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. This hotel is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. It is well located, with a parking area in front of the building. During our stay, the weather was very hot, and unfortunately, the air conditioning was not strong enough to keep the rooms cool. Our room for two people was quite small. However, there were some nice touches, such as complimentary hair conditioner and body lotion. We enjoyed the spa, which had two jacuzzis. Unfortunately, the sauna was out of order, as was one of the special showers. In the spa area, there were bottles of hair conditioner, body lotion, and shower gel, but all of them were empty. The burger and fries we had for dinner were soaking in oil. At breakfast, the fish and meat platters were placed in a warm area. I didn’t feel comfortable eating warm fish. Otherwise, the breakfast was acceptable.

Sadly I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel stay wasn't good at all. My hotel room was very worn out and wasn't clean properly. I found bunch black hair on the bed sheets and on the pillow. Music coming from the bar downstairs didn't help me to sleep well either.
