Best Western Plus Suitcase Paris La Defense

Wonderful place! My stepdaughter and I needed a place in Asnières-sur-Seine (suburb near northwest Paris) for a couple of days until she could move into a student dorm nearby. Suitcase Plus La Défense was perfect. The rooms were immaculate - my bed was very comfortable. In-room thermostat worked very well - despite heat and humidity outside, my room was extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is busy during the day, but quiet at night. The staff were fantastic (the names I remember in particular are Luc, Emilia, Liliana, and Chloe). They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and trouble free. All of the staff who helped me spoke English as well as French (I'm sure they speak other languages, but those are the only two I know). I would definitely stay here again.

Bois Colombe is a beautiful neighbourhood and not too far from the main event. The room itself was cozy and clean, perfect for a place to lay down your bags and jaunt out into the city. The breakfast is nice, lots of options and well prepared. Only downside is that if you, like me, sleep with the windows open, then you will be treated to an orchestra of trucks, mopeds, and loud conversations if facing the street. Not the end of the world, but you might ask for a non-street side room.

I was travelling with family ( Mother 65+ and children including 4 yr old) and was booked here from 9- Aug to 11-Aug. Inconvenient points- 1) No restaurant for food. Have to walk out to nearby places or order delivery. For my group, this was most inconvenient. 2) Plumbing seems problematic( though the receptionist walked upto my room and fixed it himself..appreciated) 3) Breakfast seems very basic. For somebody who is visiting to get a feel of Paris, I think ambience can be improved at this place.Would recommend this place only if you are looking for a place to sleep. If you are looking to utilise the property for food, other things, maybe this is not the place.
