Best Western Plus The Connaught Hotel & Spa

We had a fantastic stay at The Connacht. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the vibrant nightlife. On-site parking was a bonus, and the spa facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my friend’s birthday feel special. Thank you Tomas for your hospitality! The hotel itself looks stunning after the refurbishment, especially the dining area. While the rooms could use a little updating, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. We’d happily stay again next time we’re in Bournemouth. Thank you to the entire team for a memorable stay!

Great Staff The Manager had a fantastic excellent attitude. Pool Gym Sauna. Steam Room absolutely 5 star the swimming pool is absolutely fantastic. Our two rooms were fantastic Room maids do a fantastic Job. The staff in the breakfast area were very nice especially the asian lady with the glasses. She was so polite. Reception staff on arrival and throughout the 2 night stay were excellent. The parking was great and one less stress.

Stayed for 2 nights with family including my 4 month old daughter. The hotel was perfect for what we needed, the superior double room was as shown in the pictures with plenty of space including for a travel cot provided free by the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help/make our stay comfortable and easy. This also included sending someone within 5 minutes to help us when we had an issue with the travel cot. Free parking if you book directly, great location to everything in Bournemouth, brilliant breakfast and loved the pool (which my daughter enjoyed too). Could not recommend more!
