Best Western Plus The Ivywall Resort Panglao

I couldn't ask for a better resort with a pool and beach access for my family. We might have picked a good time to go since it wasn't as crowded as I had expected. The resort is also very close to shops and plenty of restaurant options. What stood out the most are the smiling faces and the hospitality of their staff. Noel (Bell/Driver) from the front was exceptional in offering a helping hand to his guests with a smile on his face. Loel, one of the lifeguards was also very attentive to guests lounging by the pool as well as the children swimming. All of the other staff were very good from the front desk to their restaurant. I also love that their breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Me and my whole family enjoyed and had a grand time while staying in this resort. Would definitely recommend.

Our family of 5 stayed here for 2 nights recently and had a great time. The rooms are a little small but very clean and the staff were all professional and helpful. Great breakfast and the restaurant had good lunch and dinner options. Would stay here again

From a beach perspective the location is great. You're right up to the beach. However getting out is through 2 narrow streets that are unsaved. Something that is not made clear in the ads is that balconies and terraces are on the ocean facing side only. None on the city facing side. The breakfast buffet is decent with an omelet station and assorted bread, waffles and pancakes. Rooms have a mini fridge and safe.
