Review of Best Western Plus Trabzon: Overall, the hotel is not bad – it has a convenient location and a pleasant interior. However, there are a few issues that the management should definitely pay attention to in order to improve the guest experience. We stayed for two nights, and unfortunately, our room was not cleaned after the first night. No items were refreshed, and we had to check out on the second day with the room in the same condition as before. Also, our room had a kitchen with an electric stove, but it wasn’t working. In the bathroom, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided – small things, but important for guests. If these issues are addressed, the hotel stay would be much more comfortable and enjoyable.

the rooms were tight and due to the bad service they can go past two days uncleaned. and not re stocked I've the service was the worst you can go for hours unattended for an example for this is when we needed to wait approximately 4 hours and call more than 3 times for some new towels and when we first got to the room it lacked a kettle and an iron the location is decent to say the least in terms of scenery but getting to places lacks basic stores for necessities for example there is only a bakery and a few small grocery stores but nothing else. One more thing the breakfast buffet is so incredibly bland, and not to mention not the cleanest I have seen multiple plates not cleaned properly. In conclusion the rooms are below average.the reception and service is so horrendous and horrible words cannot describe,the only good factor is the scenery which is non existent if you are in a lower floor.
