I was really impressed! The staff are the friendliest and most welcoming hotel staff I’ve ever come across. I stayed in a ‘single’ room that still had a double bed - European style two singles pushed together. Good tea making refreshments, good amount of plugs and great shower. The room has a ‘skylight’ which still let in a lot of sun and had a ‘velux’ opening and blind. It was also absolutely silent which was perfect for me! A fab stay! Thank you!
Amazing service and very nice rooms that have been recently revamped. Lobby is very nice and there is air conditioning throughout. Location is a little hard to find but great location for embassy visit.
Personnel.was more than kind. Anyway I did not appreciate the fact I was given a room in the basement. That turned into not having any windows, no sunlight and even worse not having any telephone signal at all !! 240 ukp for such a room 1 nigjt is simply a scam, simple as that. Best Western PLUS?
