On Saturday, we got married in the Guildhall. White Horse provided a range of delicious canapés and the staff were warm and helpful from our first communication with them. A special shout out to Ramona who has been professional and attentive throughout. Our guests were impressed with the food and staff. Would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful stay there. The room was modern, very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The spa package was great, the massage by Shivon was divine (sorry if name spelling is wrong!) and the outdoor hut tubs were a bonus. We had lunch at the hotel and the food was great. Staff was VERY friendly and the prices we paid offered great value for money. Its only a 15min drive to Derry, worth a stay if you’re looking for a quiet place.
Hotel location is good, next to highway. However other things are not good. 1. There is no air conditioner in the hotel so there is smell from old carpet that is not maintained well. 2. If you open the room window for air then there is road noise. 3. There is no elevator or lift. So you need to carry bags to 2nd floor. 4. Breakfast is not included even though does not say then booking directly. £14 for breakfast per person. Overall, next time i am staying someplace else.
