The manager and the staff on duty were exceptional. I approached them because I wanted to change the hotel i initially lodged in for a few days. The response from the manager was so nice and appealing. Checking in to the next day was seamless. I enjoyed the neatness in the room, the room services and the food. The complementary breakfast was very nice. Beyond the food, the staff in the restaurant were very friendly. A particularly young man in the kitchen was so nice. He was always asking if there's anything he can provide. I have stayed in several hotels across the world, I will rate the staff customer's service as one of the best. Thank you for making my short stay a nice and remarkable experience.
