We’re staying at Best Western Agung Resort tonight, and it’s been such a pleasant experience. We’ve had a really lovely stay — the people here are so kind, and the staff are all very welcoming. Breakfast was amazing, especially thanks to the restaurant coordinator, Krishna. He was such a lovely guy with a big smile, helping me out during breakfast and making sure I had everything I needed to start my day right. The swimming pool is fantastic, big and spacious. They also gave me a bit of flexibility with my stay, which I really appreciated.

We booked a honeymoon stay for our clients at the Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the start, communication was smooth and professional. A special thank you to Adi, who went above and beyond to create the most beautiful honeymoon welcome. The decoration was stunning, thoughtful, and full of detail – truly unforgettable. Our clients were absolutely delighted! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm, personalised experience in Ubud. We’ll definitely keep recommending it to future travellers!

The hotel facilities are nice (2 pools, gym, sun deck). Location is great, 10min walk to the city center. Breakfast is decent. Service is good. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. The view from my terrace into the jungle was lovely. My only grievance (but unfortunately not a small one) was that the shower drain smelled strongly like sewage (urine). I couldn’t stand spending in the bathroom any longer than absolutely necessary, so couldn’t use the bathtab (which I was really looking forward to after busy days outside). I kept the bathroom doors closed and AC to the max but the smell was still reaching the living room. As I only stayed 3 nights and had been very busy with my friend’s wedding, I didn’t have time to change the room… (assuming it is not a hotel-wide issue). As a Diamond Select member, I never had this bad experience.
