Best Western Premier Bangtao Beach Resort & Spa

We're so glad and grateful that we booked this hotel for our holiday! It's located at the beautiful Bang Tao beach which is stunning and peaceful all at the same time. All the service providers were absolutely great. Their lovely smile and helpful attitude brought more ease to our stay. The rooms are spacious, and the view from our balcony was stunning. I fell absolutely in love with the coconut trees in front of our room with the side view of the ocean.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, with a stunning sea view that made each morning feel special. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Daniel at the lobby, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and beautiful views – we’ll definitely come back!

The hotel was very clean, and rooms were a fairly decent size. Sea food restaurant had a very good mix of choices for dinner. Can't fault it at all. Breakfast had a very good variety to choose from and a nice view of the sea to relax. Went out of season, so only 1 week of entertainment at the hotel. Was our first time in Thailand, and it didn't disappoint. Visited Patong a few times, and had so many more restaurants and shops and bars, will think about coming to that area next time. The staff were amazing, and nothing was too much trouble for them. They always seemed to be smiling and happy. The only thing I didn't understand was having to sign a receipt every time we ordered a drink or food as we were all-inclusive.
