Best Western Premier Batumi

The hotel is rated as a 5 Star hotel....but the look and feel is like a 3 Star Hotel. It's an ancient looking hotel and has an ordinary lobby. Rooms are clean but average .For 19 + floors...there are only 2 elevators for the guests. More often than not...you will have to wait for 5-10 minutes. Overall an average hotel The breakfast spread is very average...if you are a vegetarian...the choice is very limited. The reception does not even have a first aid box...asked for a plaster and she did not have....can you call this a 5 Star hotel.... certainly not. The housekeeping is decent and the location is great. If you have Budget constraints then you can consider this hotel , else you can give it a pass.

Housekeeping at the hotel could be improved — our room was not cleaned properly. The highlight, however, was the excellent location. Breakfast was decent, but the service truly stood out, especially thanks to Tamari, who did a fantastic job assisting us during breakfast.

Cramped rooms. Rude staff. Terrible housekeeping. Details: We completed the check in formalities in the afternoon and were given our room keys. When we entered our room wasn’t ready. A person was housekeeping was quickly making the bed and was in a hurry to leave. The carpet was dirty, the bed was dirty, bathroom unclean. No water bottles. No proper toiletries or towels. We called the housekeeping who argued for sometime and finally the Supervisor came to check with 2-3 staff, and then cleaned up. I don’t know how this hotel is getting such good reviews, when no one even bothers to smile leave alone hospitality.
