Best Western Premier CHC Airport

I really enjoyed my stay. The design of the lobby and room was beautiful, and my room was very spacious — especially the bathroom with the walk-in shower. Everything was exceptionally clean, and I appreciated the many power outlets and the daily bottled water. Overall, everything was great. My only suggestion would be to add disposable slippers. The synthetic flooring tends to squeak when walking, either barefoot or in shoes, and slippers would make the stay more comfortable — and quieter for the neighbors below. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Genoa.

We stayed there just to get some night rest before our early flight. So, we didn't use any of their services besides sleeping and showering. The hotel staff was quite kind and helpful, the hotel facilities look modern and clean. We liked our room. Bed mattresses are quite comfortable. We find pillows a bit hard and high for a comfortable sleep but this is in the acceptable range for us. The only disappointment we experienced is not related to the hotel, but rather how to access the hotel from the city center. If you want to reach the hotel from the city center by bus, please don't follow Google Maps suggestions on how to reach the hotel from the bus station by foot (for about 10 minutes). It shows the wrong direction which will take you to the highway-type road with no pedestrian side. After speaking with the hotel receptionist, he explained to us how to reach the hotel from the bus station. I attach both pictures and hopefully it will help some other future guests.

Nice hotel. Clean. Very close to airport, shopping, transportation, etc. didn't have any issues. Was a little hard to find but we made it. Actually has a very nice restaurant with fantastic food! Staff in restaurant was a little rigid but overall were nice and efficient.
