Best Western Premier Gangnam

I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Korea, and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Gangnam, Seoul’s busiest and most vibrant district. It’s also super convenient with three subway lines (2, 7, and 9) just a short walk away. The hotel is just steps away from Gangnam-daero, where you can shop all the major brands including Olive Young. But what makes it even more fun is that in the smaller alleys nearby, you’ll find cozy local restaurants and Korean style pubs where Korean office workers and young locals hang out. It’s the perfect area to experience both modern and everyday Korean life. The bedding is incredibly comfortable and feels brand new, which makes a big difference after a long day. Everything is kept very clean and tidy. And as a bonus, the view of Seoul from the room is like a little gift — it adds something really special to the stay. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a great area, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The front desk staff were incredibly supportive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, featuring a bathtub and a large window that brought in plenty of natural light, making the atmosphere even more enjoyable. However, my experience with the restaurant staff was somewhat disappointing. While the food itself was good, the service could use improvement. When I ordered fried eggs, it took around 30 minutes to receive them, despite my repeated efforts to explain my request. This delay was frustrating and could be addressed to enhance the overall dining experience. Despite this hiccup, the hotel itself offers a comfortable stay with great amenities and welcoming staff at the front desk. With a little improvement in restaurant service, it could be an even more delightful place to stay

I recently stayed at Best Western Premier Gangnam Hotel, unfortunately, it didn't live up to price and expectation. While the staff were courteous , the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired.. The decor and furnishing are extremely outdated and in need of a serious refresh. The room had a musty smell upon entry and the carpet was stained, furniture looked worn and tired. The bathroom was very clean but the fixtures were very old and towels were rough, super used , no fluff to dry your skin.
