Wonderful place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We added the breakfast to our stay. The break buffet includes a varied food selection. The front desk is very helpful. There is a small restaurant in the hotel for quick items. I would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location and the rooms are a great size. They were clean but had a couple issues. The hot water went out one day. Two of the lights switches would short out , make a buzzing noise and glitch when turning them on. that was very scary.

We just checked out of Best Western Premier Dante, and unfortunately, our impression has changed since the day we checked in. 1. The mattress in our room had noticeably sagging edges — clearly worn out from years of use — while the center was still fairly supportive. It didn’t affect sleep quality, but sitting on the edge was uncomfortable. This wouldn’t have been a big deal, except that in a triple room, there was only one chair. Sitting on the bed became a necessity, not a choice. 2. The bathroom door locks were oddly problematic. We never locked them, but on the second day, my husband closed the door to take a shower and ended up getting stuck inside. It took him quite some time to get out. On the third night, my son closed the door after washing his hands, and it jammed again. We had to call the front desk for help. The layout is also strange: the shower/bathroom area has a sink, but the toilet room only has a toilet. So after using it, you have to open another door with unwashed hands just to reach the sink. 😅 3. On my last morning, I left alone for an early flight while the rest of my family was still asleep upstairs. Around 5:45 AM, I went down to the lobby with my suitcase. Instead of a greeting, the front desk staff stopped me with a rather unfriendly tone and expression. I explained that my family was still in the room, and he simply nodded, offering no assistance. I have a fractured knee and use a crutch, and dragging my suitcase down the stairs was difficult. Only after I had already made it down to the ground level on my own did another staff member walk over — just to help pull my suitcase from inside the automatic door to the outside. At that point, the gesture felt unnecessary. It’s a shame — we had a great first impression, but after this checkout experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
