Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg Lahore

Had a great stay at this hotel! The environment is very nice, and everything is well-maintained. The rooms are super clean, the bathrooms are spotless and in perfect working condition. The food is good, and the room service is efficient. The staff is very polite and helpful. Plus, the location is great. One thing to note is that if anything in the room, like the bedsheets or furniture, gets dirty or stain (tea and chocolate), they will charge for it. Overall, a really good experience!

Friendly staff, the front desk is indecisive and had to seek permission for everything but friendly. The housekeeping is excellent, in the day time the rooms are cleaned and serviced but even during evening the relevant Manager visit rooms to ask about needs or service and even suggestion for improvement. The restaurant is limited, buffet breakfast is good, not sure about lunch but limited options for dinner, no buffet dinner. Best option is to order from outside. I think the restaurant is overstaffed specially during the breakfast. Location is excellent, the nearby park is a plus and is about on five minutes walk. Parking is plenty.

Nice hotel, GM Tahir is outstanding with ground level customer relationing and service problem resolution. Breakfast was average, but later made fresh, yummy and fantastic after our feedback. Wonderful rooftop pool with mocktails and snacks served. Good value for money
