Best Western Premier Hotel Royal Santina

All of the staff was so nice. Our AC was a but slow, and Chris kindly helped us with the problem. He was also nice enough to bring us two buckets of ice. The manager of the ground floor bar remembered us in the morning after the third visit and brought us our usual coffee. The room had a great view(I could see the vatican dome!). The food was also very nice, if you are willing to drink at the bar, you can also enjoy the finger food. The amenities(shampoo and body wash) smelled so nice(verbena and lemon). The best part is that it is really close to the Termini. I really do recommend this hotel.

An amazing location! Taxis and Ubers readily knew the hotel. The hotel is an 7-10 minute walk from terminal station. Excellent staff who were very kind and accommodating to our needs. They were prompt with their communication and clear on any questions we had. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean with strong shower pressure and hot water. The breakfast buffet was great with a variety of food options. My birthday cake provided by the hotel was amazing and enough to feed 8-10 people. Overall I give the hotel 5/5. When I return to Rome, I will be staying here again.

I stayed here for a week with my mother for her birthday and would highly consider staying here again for my next visit. The hotel was very nice, staff were all super friendly and helpful (special shoutout to Paola & Marco), and it was a block away from the main train station. The hotel was quiet and the room was exactly what we needed. The only issue we had was the AC not working for a few days during our stay. Besides that, I have no complaints about the hotel.
