Best Western Premier Hotel & Spa Les Sept Fontaines

Truly great experience discovering this hotel. The team is top notch. You can tell it’s a high performing hotel with great management, and that’s rare. The restaurant was a highlight, as each meal was perfectly crafted, as if it was telling its own story. That was memorable. Only 2 things worth calling out: the restaurant charged 4.5€ per bottle of filtered water. This was not disclosed, and when you get 3 during the dîner it’s not a great discovery when paying the bill. It should be changed for a more reasonable price. The hours for kids to access the pool, and the process to access it isn’t working. We discovered at the end you had to book a slot to go, which was surprising and disappointing, especially as we had brought up going both on the phone with the hotel team and once we checked in at the front desk. The pool is considered within the spa area, and therefore only one hour a day is authorized for kids, regardless of the age. It’s a 5-star review nonetheless but I hope my feedback will be looked upon.

We stopped here for lunch while traveling through this pretty town. We arrived a few hours early, and we asked to drop off our luggage while we walked through town. Although we had reservations for lunch, we were not hotel guests. We were very pleased that the staff at the front desk were so exceptionally pleasant and helpful. When we finally returned to the hotel, lunch was fantastic. The restaurant has a spotless open kitchen (How do they do that?), and both the presentation and flavors of our meal were extraordinary. The timing of the service was excellent, and made for a very pleasant experience.

Impossible to fault this hotel , the fixture fittings rooms bed shower are outstanding quality , ideal location for UK / South of France split easy in off motorway
