Best Western Premier Incheon Airport

The staff are incredibly helpful and lovely. The rooms are clean and nice. However, I hate carpet in hotel rooms, it feels dated and never truly clean. The issue is that the nearest public transport is back at the airport which is about a 20 minute walk...longer with bags. There is a shuttle; however it only runs to Terminal 1 and about once an hour. If you need somewhere for some sleep on a long layover, perfect. If you are trying to see some of the city on the layover, not great.

This hotel delivers on a solid experience for the money they charge. The rooms were a little dated, but the lobby area looks good and having a convenience store inside the property was very advantageous. They do offer a free shuttle to terminal one of the airport, however it doesn’t run Super frequently so check the times. The food options in the hotels are sparse but there are a number of locations within walking distance so you should not have a problem getting food.

This hotel needs some improvements. The room I had was with old outdated furniture and the carpet needs to be changed. The bathroom has been renovated. The staff doesn’t smile and don’t appreciate the customer. Also there only 1 shuttle per hour after 9am. I waited for a while and took a taxi and it cost me $5 cad. When I complained at the front desk the employee didn’t seem to care. There are better options at the airport and you don’t need to wait for the shuttle.
