Best Western Premier Maceió

Lovely experience in Maceió. Had a lovely week at the hotel. Room is spacious and amenities were really nice. There were chocolates on the bed each evening. I really liked breakfast; we ordered tapiocas and omelettes which were prepared upon request. Great collection of meats and deli were also offered. The valet parking was really convenient considering how busy the area can be during peak hours. There was always someone from the staff ready to pick our keys and even our towels. We got great recommendations from the desk receptionists regarding places to visit, places to eat and even some guidance to get an extension for our stay. We would definitely go back to Best Western Premier Maceió.

I enjoyed my stay and was impressed by the attentive service. Location: The hotel is ideally surrounded by a variety of bars, restaurants, and pharmacies, making it incredibly convenient for dining, shopping, and essentials. Rooms: The rooms are very clean, thanks to the diligent cleaning team who do an excellent job. While they are a bit dated, they’re still comfortable and well-maintained. Service: The service here is outstanding. The reception staff were not only pleasant but also eager to share helpful travel tips, which added to the overall experience. This hotel offers great value with its location, friendly staff, and cleanliness. While not completely blown away - I still definitely recommend!

Service is impeccable here. All employees go above and beyond and deserve a huge shout out. The most notorious was Alexandre at the downstairs evening self service restaurant. Him itself was.magnificent! Hotel has a tiny pool, no hot tub and definitely designed for kids, which was somewhat annoying. Great location but be aware the Pajuçara beach isn't the cleanest.
