Best Western Premier Marina Las Condes

We stayed at this location for two nights before continuing on to Patagonia. The accommodations were comfortable and were centrally located to the activities we wanted to participate in during our short stay. Beds were not too firm. Bathrooms had basic amenities. The shower was a little flaky with the got and cold water being a little unstable. We also enjoyed the included breakfast. Overall, we were content with the rooms.

Overall the hotel appears very modern and clean no however the service was lackluster. The air system in our unit barely worked, air condition just blew warm air. The hotel was very hot and dry, felt suffocating to sleep in. The front desk said they would send someone upstairs to check on our unit and it never happened. We also asked separately for a different type of pillow which the hotel staff said they would provide but again, none of the pillows were exchanged. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet but it wasn’t exactly a relaxing stay due to the problems described above, neither of us were able to sleep well in the dry heat, uncomfortable setup. I believe this hotel is mostly for commercial clients who are staying 1-2 days hence the lack of responsive service.

If you take your fitness seriously and start early in the morning, this is not the place for you. The gym only opens at 7:00 am, no exceptions. Could you at least borrow a yoga mat? No, because apparently there must be hoards of people asking for them at 6:00 am and it wouldn’t be fair. Do they have a person there? No, it’s just security opening the door. Are they willing to help in any way? No I travel quite a bit and it is rare to find a hotel that’s willing to do nothing when such little effort is needed.
