Murat and boran where is extremely helpful at the auto Perla Hotel they are excellent in English language and they help with me with beauty center services and even service services outside the hotel. They let me know that there is a free face massage and the face care session for woman, and they were always available at the front desk with a bright smile thank you for making my stay super nice!

Great hotel for the price. One issue was the cooling, since it is split units, the cooling was not the best. The team (which were amazing) changed my room with a better AC but sadly after 2 days the AC was not cooling. Other than that front desk staff were friendly.
