Best Western Premier Petion Ville

Five stars, we enjoyed staying there. The food service was the very best. Those persons working in the food service were very well trained by their manager Mr. Collins who was a master host. Blessings to all of the staff who made our journey to Haiti a truly blessed one.

I've stayed at Best Western for one day in Jan, 2014, was a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, nice decorations, very elegant rooms and bathrooms. Very upscale hotel. The only thing that I didn't really like was that, a complimentary breakfast was not included. The front desk personnel were very professional, very nice and accommodating. Jennifer and the customer service lady that checked me in, were very nice. I like the fact that they speak English and Spanish. I love the pool too. Just beautiful overall!

Upon entering the hotel, security was very helpful. The check in process took over an hour an half granted we arrived at around 11:30pm. There was only person on duty (front desk) and several guest parties were trying to check in at the same time. The hotel is very clean, beds were comfortable. Another area of improvement is the need for air conditioning in the elevator. It gets really stuffy and hot while you ride. The pool was also broken (no water). The ice machine on our floor was broken. Another positive area is that they accommodated us with a higher floor. We had an amazing view of the city. High speed internet was a plus as well. The people at the front desk were very friendly and courteous!
