Best Western Premier Sapphire Halong

The service was incredible. The employees were respectful and professional. The food was reasonably priced and delicious, their breakfast and dinner buffet is a must-try! The room had a spectacular view. Overall, I enjoyed every second of my stay. Would highly recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights in the two-bedroom junior suite and had a fantastic stay. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with big comfy beds. The towels were the biggest and fluffiest I've ever seen. Great attention to detail - from a range of toiletries to great quality cosmetic products in the shower. Breakfast was great - ranging from incredibly tasty Asian dishes, to delicious omelette made to order, to a great selection of Western breakfast options and good strong coffee. The pool was clean and refreshingly cool. We didn't get to use the indoor one, but it looked spotlessly clean too. Finally, the staff did an amaziyjob of making us feel at home. There was an issue with my bank card when I booked on Booking.com, but they called me and said I could pay on arrival. All the staff from the lobby to the restaurant were not only perfectly professional, respectful and accommodating, but also very helpful with tips on local dining, transportation and tours. In a nutshell - this was my first visit to Ha Long and as I live in Hanoi, I am sure I'll be back for a relaxing weekend soon.

the security guard woke me up at 7am and played with the doorbell button more than 20 times. without even thinking that the person might have a different schedule and might be sleeping at that time. music plays in the ventilation in the apartments themselves and the fire alarm has been waking me up in the mornings for EVERY WEEK…the worst experience is choosing this apartment
