Best Western Premier Seehotel Krautkrämer

We stayed for two nights. The rooms and linen are super clean. Very polite and professional staff. The hotel is undergoing a modernization - very good because the showers are too old fashioned and you need to constantly keep and eye on water temperature which fluctuates a lot. Bathroom was pristine clean. Swimming pool is great, you can also book a massage. Everything is very tidy and neat. Breakfast is being served until 11 am 👍 The only problem for me was the absence of gluten-free bread or crackers. The rest was fresh and constantly replenished. The variety of food was excellent. There is a lovely terrace with a good service. Overall very good impression and our requests and little problems were solved with help of Dagmar, who obviously is a dedicated hospitality professional. Premier rooms have a spectacular view over the lake. You can walk around it, it’s worth it.

Due to the nature of my work, I travel frequently. From experience, I know that it's people who make a place special. This hotel has soul and history, but that will never be the reason why I come back—nor, I suspect, why other guests do either. Every single time, I return with a smile, not with the feeling that I have to be here. Thank you for solving problems painlessly, for the delicious restaurant, and for the smile that greets me every time. See you again soon.

Rajae is an exceptional waitress who makes every visit to this restaurant a true pleasure. Her professionalism and attention to detail are admirable. She always greets me with a radiant smile and, amazingly, remembers my favorite dishes and preferences for their preparation. I especially appreciate that she always reserves my favorite window table without needing to be reminded. Her approach to guests is incredibly warm and natural, while remaining fully professional. Rajae's competence is evident in her excellent knowledge of the menu, ability to advise, and tailor recommendations to guests' tastes. She can always accurately recommend the dish of the day. It's because of her presence and exceptional service that I regularly return to this restaurant. She is a model of what true customer service should look like - professional, courteous, and always with a smile on her face. I frequent this restaurant specifically because of her service. Rajae remembers my preferences and favorite table, making each visit feel personal and special. Her dedication to her job and guests is truly commendable.
