Best Western Premier Sonasea Phu Quoc

Amazing hotel! The rooms are very clean and tidy, and the hotel’s location is excellent—there’s a night market just across the street with plenty of late-night food options and different massage shops to choose from. The breakfast buffet has so many options and some really unique choices. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I also loved the free activities they offer throughout the day. Yoga with instructor NHI was great—her instructions were clear and detailed, and I felt so refreshed after the morning session! It would be even better if the activity areas had the air conditioning turned on a bit earlier. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s like a Cuba 4 stars hotel. The price is good and the staff is super helpful and nice. Buffet breakfast is awesome (only the sausage is so so). If you are a light sleeper then u better bring an earplug. I can ear clearly from the chair moves at upper floor and whoever passed by the door I can hear clearly of what they were talking about. That’s the part I was a bit upset with. Other than that I am good with the money I am paying. The beach I guess it should be better during the dry season, in July the wave is high enough to surf. Location wise is good, 10 mins from airport, night market is next to the hotel (not much going on) and free bus service just down the road.

We originally booked an Executive Deluxe room, but were pleasantly upgraded to an Executive Deluxe Suite upon check-in, allowing us to enjoy our 4-night stay in the best possible comfort. Special thanks to Quy, whose exceptional kindness and customer service truly stood out. Overall, the staff, breakfast quality, and location were all excellent and exceeded our expectations. However, as this is a very popular hotel, it can feel quite crowded at times. It’s an ideal choice for families, but may not be the best fit for couples seeking a more quiet and romantic atmosphere.
