I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the wonderful experience my family and I had during our one-week stay at your hotel in Paris last week. From the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed by the comfort, cleanliness, and perfect location of the hotel. What truly amazed us, however, was the genuine kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism of your staff. Having visited Paris multiple times in the past and stayed at various hotels, I can confidently say that this stay was exceptionally special and has placed your hotel in a unique and lasting place in my heart. What made this experience even more remarkable was the extraordinary integrity and support shown by your team after our departure. Unfortunately, I had forgotten a wallet containing a large sum of cash, important IDs, credit cards, and some jewelry in the safe. Just as I boarded my flight, I received a call from Mimi, a member of your staff, informing me of the forgotten items and asking if I could return to retrieve them. Since I had already left Paris, we exchanged several messages, and with great care and coordination, your team arranged to securely hand over my belongings to a close friend of mine who lives in the city. I was truly touched by the level of precaution, responsibility, and transparency shown during this entire process. It was clear that your primary concern was safeguarding my rights and ensuring the secure return of my belongings. I am especially thankful to Mimi for her honesty and dedication, and to all the staff members who supported us throughout this situation. Just six months ago, I had a very unfortunate experience at a prestigious hotel in Cologne, where my valuable suitcase went missing, and the situation turned into a nightmare. In contrast, your team handled everything with integrity and great care, restoring my trust in the hospitality industry. I sincerely hope that life brings your staff only the best—people who are just as honest, ethical, kind-hearted, and helpful as you have proven to be. Thank you once again for everything.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at The Blake and highly recommend to other travelers. The hotel had friendly and helpful staff, we are so grateful to them. The amenities were modernized and clean, just what we needed for our stay in Paris. The location is safe as well as accessible to the metro and walking distance from plenty of great restaurants/sight seeing. Our family will stay here again when we visit Paris.

Staff are great:Julia, Anne, Jenna, Gezela . They were very kind, professional and helpful with very good customer care. We faced a problem with one of the help desk staff ( man) and we were very disappointed, but Julia and Anne could make us feel better and they did the above and beyond to make us feeling at home. Location of the hotel convenience and food was very good. Cozy and quiet.
