I checked into Best Western Plus Hotel on 17th July 2025 at around 2:30 PM and checked out the next morning at 8:00 AM. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were warm and courteous, offering me a chilled glass of mango juice that was both refreshing and welcoming. I was guided to my reserved room, which was spacious and featured a large, cozy bed perfect for a restful night. The room also had a mini kitchen for making coffee and a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. The bathroom and toilet were spotless, fully stocked with fresh towels and toiletries. In the morning, I enjoyed a full breakfast through self-service, which included a wide variety of hot and cold options—well-prepared and satisfying. The dining area was clean and well-organized. My stay, though brief, was comfortable, peaceful, and pleasant. Excellent service, cleanliness, and convenience make this hotel a place I would happily return to.
The rooms are comfortable, not luxurious but for the rate, they're very good. The staff is excellent and it's well located in the safe and vibrant part of Nairobi
We loved it! It was a sleek and beautiful place that we felt so comfortable. The staff was all so friendly and helpful and welcoming. I wish I could remember all the names of the amazing people, but I remember Nelly at the front desk helped us with a bunch of things on our last day and she was great! The breakfast is large with so many options. They had local things, international options, pastries, an omelette station, and more. they make great coffee to go with your breakfast and it was such a carefree way to start the day. They have a nice restaurant and bar on the top floor which was another easy way to end the day if we didn't want to leave the hotel in the evening. They are also in a great location right by Sarit Mall which has a nice bank for taking out money and every store you could think of. There are multiple Massai markets within walking distance as well as nice restaurants. The room was a good size and they have a very convenient button to select "do not disturb" or to call for room service. It felt very high tech and easy and it's nice that room service is 24/7.
