We found this place very comfortable and cozy, the rooms very spacious and the parking lot with enough room for large vehicles, the front desk staff friendly and willing to help with any need as well as the maintenance staff on the day shift, unfortunately the staff in charge of the main gate at the night shift acted in a rude and unprofessional manner, with a haughty and arrogant attitude, this is our third time staying at this hotel and we really liked this place, we never had this issues before.

What a poor value hotel. We spent over US$100 on this room thinking it would be really nice. That's the most we spent in two weeks in Mexico, but the room was not very nice, not very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. This place isn't near the center of the city (we knew that going in), so for this kind of money we expected a really good place. (As an example, we just came from Monterrey, a bigger, more expensive city, and spent US$90 for a room right in the center that was much nicer and more comfortable at Hotel Centria.) And to top it off, they give you a horrible breakfast with only toast (and margarine--not real butter) and a few bad-looking sweet cakes and then try to upgrade you to eggs for an extra charge of $130 pesos. This place really stinks!

Breakfast is very poor, no scrambled eggs, only coffee and pastry. Some bananas and orange, this is not american breakfast, they want to charge you 175 pesos per person to give you a basic breakfast. They don't give you coffee bags to prepare your coffee in your room. Landline phone doesn't work.
