I had a wonderful experience interacting with the staff at this hotel. From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their warm and welcoming attitude made me feel valued and appreciated. Even in a challenging situation, their professionalism and empathy truly stood out. I highly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel with a caring and attentive team.
The rooks weren’t the worst, bed and pillows comfortable and very clean bathroom. The air conditioning was far from operational. The remote control worked on and off, and the unit did not run effectively or consistently . The solution, a portable heater. This is not what was advertised nor charged for in the tariff. Would expect far more from Best Western-Tamworth in the middle of winter, the air conditioning should work. Also, no microwaves or mini bar despite advertising on website suggesting so.
This motel is absolutely disgusting. We do not recommend staying here. It is over priced accommodation, and the food is disgusting! Have a look at this grease filled $25 Pizza. The king premier room is pathetic. For 2 people travelling there is only one chair at a bench to eat from!!! It also smells musky!!! We will never stay at a Best Western again. Very disappointing 😞
