Best Western Terminus Hotel

This is my go-to hotel every time I visit Sofia. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and great at communication – special thanks to Plamen and the rest of the team for their kindness and helpful attitude. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable, I truly felt at home. I didn’t encounter any problems during my stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 3-year-old daughter. Staff were friendly, helpful, and informative, particularly Deni, who was on reception when we stayed. Breakfast was included with the price, and it was good; typical continental options included cheese, cold meats, eggs and bacon, and cereal. The room was spacious, and the shower was good. TV includes Netflix, which was useful travelling with a young child. Location is a bit out of the city centre, but it's within a 5-minute walk of Sofia central train and bus stations.

Very comfortable beds and well equipped rooms. One star less because traffic is quite noisy and the fridge is really loud and cannot be turned off. Conveniently located right next to the central railway station. Just nescafe powder available, no instant coffee and plenty of sugar (see picture)
