Best Western Torvehallerne

A nice hotel. The beds are good . Tidy and hygiënisch. It has a excellent bar and breakfast A verry good price quality ratio. I would reccoment this hotel to everybody. It is a half hours drive from legoland and lalandia .

NOISY HOTEL DISAPPOINTING MANAGEMENT We stayed here MAR 2025. The hotel was quite difficult to find. Your GPS will take you to the building - but there are not any sign showing that the hotel is here, nor the entrance to the reception. Some construction is going on, but then at least put up a temporary sign to help the guests. Check-in went fine. We got a key and found the room. The hotel is surrounding a big dining/lounge area with access to three restaurants and a bar. It looks really nice. But…. We learned that loud music is played in that large dining area as it becomes evening. And they play very LOUD and ALL night - until like 3AM. You can hear the bass pounding away in your room. The receptionist cannot do anything about it. … and he confirmed that the noise is most likely the same in all the rooms. Next morning a new receptionist is at work. He was informed about the noise. Apologised. And did nothing else. No refund for a sleepless night!! I can in no way recommend that you stay here - unless you are there to party all night.

This has got to be one of the most poorly managed hotels there is. I came here last night to check in. My room had been given to someone else. Can I have another room? Oh I'll have to check that, wait... Eventually, I get another room. That room was already occupied though, by a man, apparently trying to do something about his stress levels, but I walked in on him, thinking it was my new room. Back to the front desk. Clerk grabs a random keycard, then we run there. She knocks on the door to make sure it isn't occupied before letting me in there?!? Surely, this has to be a joke? But no, it doesn't end there. I come back from work today. My key card has been deactivated. Room given to another customer perhaps? Another trip to the reception desk. I see my colleagues getting a voucher for 10% off in the bar. Can I have one of those, since you have failed so utterly and miserably? Only if I give them my email address for marketing purposes. Breakfast was rubber looking like eggs and pancakes, but at this stage I just can't be bothered to care about that. How this hotel managed 4 stars... I guess money really can buy everything. I have one more night here. Going to be interesting to see how they can screw the remainder of my stay up. So please, if you read this. DO NOT STAY AT Best Western Torvehallerne. This place truly deserves to go out of business.
