I stayed at Best Western Hotel in Vrindavan for a full day and had a pleasant experience overall. The food quality was quite good, and although the service was a bit delayed at times, the courteous and smiling staff made up for it with their warm hospitality. The hotel is slightly tucked away in an interior location, which might be a drawback for some, but you can easily find autos and rickshaws to get around the city. This is a small but luxurious property—clean, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms aren’t very large, but they are well-maintained with good amenities. It’s suitable for families, solo travelers, and even business travelers. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option in Vrindavan. With the facilities offered, a nightly rate under ₹7000 feels reasonable—but anything more might not be justified.
I went there for a family function, rooms were well maintained and clean washrooms. Banquet hall was also good. Food served was very tasty. Good place to go.
MAP Plan Misery – Not the Dining Experience We Paid For I recently stayed at Best Western Vrindavan with a MAP plan (which includes breakfast and dinner), and I was left thoroughly disappointed with the dining experience. When we arrived for dinner, we were surprised and frustrated to be told that there would be no buffet that evening. Instead, we were given a very limited à la carte menu with just a few basic options. This was not what we had paid for, and we felt completely misled. There was no prior communication about this change, and it came across as a cost-cutting tactic at the expense of guest satisfaction. To make matters worse, the breakfast the next morning — though technically a buffet — was severely lacking. Most of the trays were either empty or had very little food left, and there was no effort from the staff to replenish them. It felt like the bare minimum was being done. If you’re booking with a meal plan expecting variety and quality, be cautious. This experience did not meet the standards I expected from a hotel under the Best Western name.
