Had a wonderful stay. Anna was a gem. She was so delightful, professional, and wonderful at her job in the restaurant. She went above and beyond helping us. Georgia greeted me and assisted with check in and information upon arrival. She was very friendly and pointed out many points of interest. Telmo was a friendly, professional in the restaurant also. He assisted us with our barbecue dinner. Highly recommend. Don Layton

The hotel is nice, clean, and the staff is friendly. Free parking 50 meters from the hotel. Upon arrival they couldn't find my reservation, done via booking.com The very helpful receptionist finally found it (they mixed up my first names). Next morning, they couldn't give me an invoice. Again, booking.com was at fault. Invoice requested from booking.com, 5 days later still no reply. The best hotel won't get 5 stars from me if one spends most of the stay at the reception. Even if it is not their fault. Next time I should book directly with them....

The room was dark with very few light switches and smelled musty. At first I thought everything was fine, but I couldn’t see clearly how dusty the room was until the morning when I could open the curtains for more light, The chair and pillow wasn’t cleaned with a lot of dust, the stool at the end of the bed had a stained covering and smelled musty, and there was an extraordinary amount of dust on and around the baseboard in the corners and behind the bed and around the balcony door frame. In the morning when I left, I noticed that something bit me or I was having a reaction to dust mites. Very disappointed. Contacted the hotel and they said sorry that you had an allergy to something, we will fix the room. I won’t be staying here again. Unfortunately, they don’t let me post pictures hmm!
