best hotel experience in Banjarmasin 🫶🏻 the location itself is very strategic area with a very spacious parking lot, the breakfast varian also very extremely delicious especially they serve banjar delicacies, would definitely recommend everyone to stay here for business or leisure time ❤️❤️❤️

I was amazed at how good this hotel was. The room is nice, neat and cozy, you can also adjust the temperature of your room. Mineral water is free in your room, so remind yourself to keep hydrated 👍🏻 there are pool, gym, restaurant and most important is view. The view is amazing (because it is in the central town). I love the access cause they put the phone.. like everywhere. Guests from another hotel could not access the room because they give access through the card +1 for security. Toiletres are good. Water heater is functioning, good and fast customer service (but not responsive). BUT... Something that hotel management needs to fix is so many things. I will explain one by one. 1. Please check the room before hand it to another guest because I found stains on my bed (behind the pillows) 2. There is a bad smell in the toilet at midnight (I guess it is from the hotel waste) 3. Please serve good food to eat because I am a human not an animal, the last thing when I tried this hotel's food, I found the fish is stinky and I am not able to consume it. And the bad thing, they serve it TWICE! I've tried a bit of their food and found the fish and chicken are cold, yes they serve it cold, even though the fish was coated with sauce and flour. 4. Please check the bidet hanger in the toilet on the 2nd floor, because I found it came off. 5. Please tidy up the wooden planks next to the hall on the 6th floor because they interfere with the view from outside. 6. Please check the cleanliness of the gym room and the availability of proper drinking water, cause I found the galloon of drinking water is shrinking. So it makes me think twice about drinking from it. 7. Last but not least, please check the cleanliness for every room. I feel discriminated against a bit cause I've got room at the end and found it not clean (in front of my door, before I enter the room) This hotel deserves to stay in but for the food... Better you buy outside unless they fix their problem.
