We stayed for a few days (second time in this hotel). We managed to enjoy our vacation. The kids really like swimming in the pools. The spa is super comfortable. It was not boring during the day, a program was thought out for every taste and age. The food is a special joy 👍 It is clean, the girls on the second floor are friendly and cleaned well (Ekaterina, Elena). We recommend it for a family vacation.

The hotel left an ambiguous impression.. the obvious savings in many significant (for a hotel of such a star rating) places are striking. For my large family, the issue of food is not the last place and here it is clear that the cooks are trying and they succeed in many things! But the quality of the products, you must agree, is of great importance! And here the policy of savings is felt like nowhere else. Without special details, the pastries and confectionery products, compared to previous seasons, have become tasteless and unappetizing. Perhaps the management and supply service will listen to our feedback and stop saving where it is especially noticeable. Believe me, vacationers have something to compare with and we know the taste of good chocolate, creams and other sweet treats, which we have tried in your hotel. We hope that the situation can be corrected.

Unfortunately, my experience of staying at the Betton Brut Hotel left an extremely negative impression. Although the hotel itself looks stylish and modern, the safety of the guests was in great question. During our stay, there was an incident when a group of young people entered the hotel grounds without any obstacles (according to the administrator the next day) and subsequently attacked the newlyweds, my husband was attacked by two people who threw him to the ground in front of me, right at the checkpoint where the security guard was at that time. One of the guys was wearing a hotel robe, which he may have stolen from one of the guests and would subsequently bear financial responsibility to the hotel, as well as for the magnetic bracelet, which was also allegedly stolen. However, at the time of our checkout, according to the deputy manager of the hotel, these guys were on a daytime visit to the hotel, which involves being on the territory until 20:00, the attack occurred at 00:30. It was a shocking and frightening moment, which did not seem to cause the proper reaction from the hotel staff. For citizens planning to stay here, I ask you to pay attention to the need to carefully monitor both your belongings and the hotel's belongings, because someone can sneak into the territory and take your bracelet and robe, and the administrator will tell you in a joking manner that these were rabbits, and this happens. (Apparently not the first time) The staff did not take any measures to ensure the safety of guests, which raises serious concerns. Instead of quickly responding to the situation and calling the police, the staff simply watched what was happening. This created an atmosphere of helplessness and anxiety. I cannot recommend this hotel to those who value their safety and comfort. I hope that the management will take measures to improve the situation and ensure the protection of its guests in the future. Safety should be a priority for any establishment, especially in a tourist region.
