Beverly Hills Marriott

I am delighted to share this 5-star review, with special thanks to the wonderful girls at the front desk, Laura and Rainamarie, who welcomed and admitted us to the hotel with big smiles and so much kindness and care. From the very beginning, they made us feel special, valued, and truly at home - a feeling that stayed with us throughout our visit. I told them that I felt genuinely compelled to give them this 5-star feedback - and here I am, keeping my promise. The overall stay and accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. The Beverly Hills Marriott is a wonderful place to stay in - clean, elegant, and beautiful. Every detail, from the warm service to the comfort of the rooms, reflected a level of attention and hospitality that deserves our highest compliments and that earns them this 5 star review. Highly recommend! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed with a complimentary cocktail at check-in—a lovely touch! Alexia at the front desk went above and beyond by upgrading us to an executive suite with a higher floor and a beautiful view, all at no extra charge. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent—our waitress was warm, funny, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Afterward, we relaxed in the poolside cabanas surrounded by peaceful water fountains and beautifully designed landscaping—such a tranquil way to unwind. Breakfast the next morning was great as well. The buffet was hearty and satisfying, and Edwin, our server, was incredibly attentive. He even offered us to-go cups for our coffee, which was so thoughtful. Overall, a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back!

Worst experience with Marriott. I was wrongly charged $500 for smoking when I never smoked. I only used a hairdryer. No investigation, no proof just an automatic penalty. They also charged me for minibar items I never touched, and added “long-term stay” taxes even though I stayed only 4 nights. On top of that, they blocked $150 per night as a deposit, which was never properly explained. It feels like if you’re a foreigner, they assume you won’t fight back so they add shady charges hoping you’ll stay quiet. Absolutely unacceptable. I expected better from a Marriott in Beverly Hills. Never again
