Beverly Hotel Beirut

I had a very pleasant stay in Beverly Hotel. The room was very clean and smelled nice, the bed was comfortable and all the amenities were working properly. The cleaning staff is quick to respond when you need them and do an excellent job, and the reception staff is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend it and I will be booking again in my future travels.

I had a great stay at Beverly Hotel. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. Big shoutout to Mohammad at reception, he was super friendly, professional, and always happy to help. He really made the whole experience even better with his great attitude and attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic stay! I’d definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone visiting. rate is 10/10

The hotel is so nice, most of the staff really kind and friendly except one guy was there at the reception early morning today when we did our checkout!! He’s really rude and don’t know how to deal with residents!! First he insisted that we took 2 cards for the room while we only had one all over our stay!! 2nd when he made sure it’s only one card! He told us we took snacks from the minibar that we didn’t!!!!! We will never deny something we took/used!!!! We extended our stay for 3 extra nights, we used laundry for a fortune so of course we'll never say we didn’t take a thing we took!!!! He’s reallyyyyy ruuuudeee and we ended up paying for it to save our time for the airport but he’s really rude and his communication with residents is unacceptable!!!!!!! He may be the reason we never stay at this hotel again !!!!
