We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big shoutout to PANG for their outstanding service! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely cooperative, making us feel right at home. The rooms were very, very clean — spotless, fresh, and beautifully maintained throughout our stay. Room service was prompt, polite, and top-notch, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. Every request we had was handled with a smile, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. It’s rare to come across such dedication to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing, and well-cared-for stay!

The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and perfectly located. The rooms are modern and spacious, with all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the perfect place to unwind after a day out. What truly sets Barracuda apart is the people, and Pang is the heart of it all. She made me feel like more than just a guest — more like a friend visiting from out of town. Her energy, care, and dedication made all the difference. I recently visited the Barracuda Hotel Pattaya for breakfast as a walk-in guest, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Having stayed at Barracuda before, I already knew the high standard they maintain, but today’s breakfast truly reminded me why I love this place so much. The food selection was excellent — fresh, beautifully presented, and full of variety to suit every taste. From healthy options to rich, flavorful dishes, everything was top quality. What really made the morning special, though, was the amazing team looking after the breakfast service: Aw, Max, Tooth, Kook, and Tee. They were incredibly welcoming, warm, and attentive, making me feel just as valued as if I were a staying guest. Their positive energy and genuine smiles created such a friendly, uplifting atmosphere. Aw was especially thoughtful, Max was full of great energy, Tooth was so kind, Kook had such a sharp eye for detail, and Tee made sure everything was just perfect. Even just stopping by for breakfast, the experience felt personal, comfortable, and memorable. I highly recommend visiting Barracuda not just for a stay, but even just to enjoy the amazing breakfast and outstanding service. I can’t wait to come back again!
