We had the most amazing stay at Bey House Royal Hotel. We loved everything about it. The food was amazing, the service impeccable and the rooms beautiful and so comfortable. The hotel has a fantastic location and is so handy to everything. I thoroughly recommend staying here. A big thankyou for your and all staff
Great location — very close to Tsarevets Fortress and the main street. The amenities are high quality, and the staff are exceptionally professional and friendly. Any request we made was handled promptly and efficiently. It was also the first time we saw a bidet toilet in a European hotel bathroom. The room was cozy and even had a Turkish-style bath. Definitely a hotel we’d love to stay at again.
The restaurant of the Bey House hotel was a real find. Great food, excellent service and beautiful garden! I was really impressed and so happy to hear that even in the garden smoking is not allowed which is a first and really positive for me to have a meal in a smoke free environment! Shout out to the management and the staff! Will definitely visit again.
